We try to make hiring equipment from us as easy as possible, however our insurance companies dictate that we must have certain restrictions and checks in place. This guide aims to detail exactly what would be required for new and existing hire clients and to make sure you know what you will need to get the kit you want, when you want it! We have slightly different requirements for UK registered companies and individuals/freelancers. Please see below.
Registered UK Companies
  • Complete an account application form, either online or over the phone
  • Supply trade references - to confirm trading and payment history
  • 24hrs minimum from account set up to first hire, to enable all checks to be completed
Individuals & Freelancers
  • Complete an account application form, either online or over the phone
  • 3 forms of ID (at least one photoID either driving license or passport, and two showing your current address)
    • Driving Licence or Passport
    • Utility Bills
    • Bank/Credit Card Statements
  • A Credit/Debit card for deposit (amount dependant on hire equipment value) and waiver that any losses can be duly charged to the card.
  • Hire charges are payable in advance
  • Equipment to be collected in person until a good trading history has been established
General Requirement for Hirers
  • All first time hires must be paid in advance
  • All first time hires must be collected in person by someone one with valid ID
  • All hire clients must provide evidence of insurance to hired in equipment
  • Equipment to be collected in person until a good trading history has been established
  • All hires are subject to our terms & conditions
